Festivals are the essence of our lives, filling our hearts with joy, unity, and cultural pride. Keeping this festive spirit alive, Kanya Kubja Public School celebrated Diwali with great enthusiasm and devotion.
The celebration began with a special assembly conducted by our students, followed by a delightful dance presented by the little stars of the Pre-Primary Section, spreading smiles and festive joy all around.
A thoughtful speech by a Blue House student beautifully conveyed that it is more important to clean our hearts than just our homes, and that along with lighting our houses, we should also spread moral values and kindness.
The audience was then mesmerized by a graceful dance performance by the students of Classes VIII to XI, depicting the true spirit of Diwali — the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil.
Adding to the festive excitement, various competitions were also organized, including Rangoli Making, Diya Decoration, and Hindi & English Poetry Writing, providing students an opportunity to showcase their creativity and artistic talents.
The highlight of the celebration was the grand enactment of ‘Rajyabhishek’, portraying the divine arrival of Shri Ram Ji to Ayodhya and his Raj Tilak. The performance beautifully conveyed the values of devotion, righteousness, and respect.
The celebration concluded with an inspiring address by our respected Principal Ma’am,Ms. Pooja Sehgal who encouraged students to celebrate a pollution-free Diwali and to follow the noble teachings of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram — always showing love and respect towards parents, teachers, and elders.
