With her deep insights and engaging style, Ms. Pachauri guided the attending teachers through various aspects of building strong partnerships with parents to enhance student outcomes.
The primary objective of the session was to emphasize the importance and purpose of parental counseling, and how to hold challenging conversations with empathy and effectiveness. Ms. Pachauri discussed how involving and supporting parents can significantly impact a child’s academic and emotional growth. She reiterated that clarity of concepts holds greater value than marks, and when teachers and parents work together, children feel emotionally safe and supported.
Several interactive activities were conducted, encouraging reflection and practical learning. These activities helped teachers understand how to create a more collaborative and communicative environment with parents.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks from our respected Principal, Ms. Pooja Sehgal, who presented a memento to Ms. Pachauri as a token of appreciation for her invaluable insights. She also expressed gratitude to all participating teachers and schools for their active involvement in making the session a grand success.
