On 24th December 2024, Kanya Kubja Public School celebrated the joyous occasion of Christmas Day celebration with great enthusiasm and spirit. The event was graced by our manager sir Mr. O.N Awasthi. Our respected Principal, Ms. Pooja Sehgal, along with all the parents, teachers, and students, were present to witness the celebration.
The celebration began with the honorable welcome of Sir, followed by the watering of plants ceremony, which was conducted by Sir and our Principal Ma'am as a symbolic gesture of nurturing the environment.
The students then presented a heartwarming play depicting the birth of Jesus Christ, showcasing the true essence of Christmas. Following this, the choir group of students sung the popular carol "Joy to the World," spreading the festive cheer.
The pre-primary students performed a skit focused on moral values, followed by an energetic dance performance on the tune of "Jingle Bells," filling the atmosphere with joy and celebration. The pre-primary students also recited a beautiful poem, bringing the Christmas spirit to life.
The students from Classes 1 to 5 then performed a delightful dance on the song "Maine Kaha Phoolon Se," enchanting the audience with their energy and grace. A skit was presented on the theme of "The Love of Christmas," demonstrating the importance of love and kindness during this festive season.
The choir group sang another soul-stirring carol, "Aaya Maseeha," captivating the audience with their melodious voices. The students from Classes 1 and 2 also presented a lively dance performance on the song "Itni Si Hasi," adding more festive cheer to the occasion.
The pre-primary students performed another skit on the theme of "Charity," reinforcing the significance of helping others in need.
In the final segment of the event, certificates were distributed to the students who excelled in various competitions.The ceremony was a moment of recognition for their hard work and achievements.
Sir addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, emphasizing the values of unity, love, and compassion during the Christmas season. Our respected Principal ma'am also delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing her gratitude to everyone present for their support and participation in making the event a success and wished everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
The event concluded with a sense of joy and togetherness, reflecting the true spirit of Christmas.
