Workshop on Values and Citizenship
Description : On December 6, 2024, Kanyakubja Public School organized an insightful workshop on *Values and Citizenship* for students of Classes 8 to 11. The session was conducted by Mr. Rajeev Bajpai, P.G.T. Political Science, who brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the discussion.
The workshop aimed to instill in students a deeper understanding of the importance of values in shaping responsible citizens.Sir emphasized the role of ethics, integrity, and social responsibility in fostering a harmonious society. Through engaging discussions and thought-provoking activities, students were encouraged to reflect on the concepts of rights, duties, and their role in building a progressive nation.
Sir used real-life examples to illustrate how values such as respect, empathy, and fairness are vital to upholding the principles of democracy and governance. The students participated actively in the workshop, engaging in group discussions and sharing their perspectives on how they can contribute positively to their communities.
The workshop was an enriching experience for all participants, providing them with valuable insights into becoming responsible, well-informed, and active citizens. Sir guided the students through this important session school looks forward to organizing more such workshops in the future.
